We want you to love your Sundurban pieces. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit for your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return.
Return Policy Details

Timeline: Returns must be delivered to our studio within 14 days of the date you received your order.

Refunds: Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus the original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the exact condition they were received.
Final Sale Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

All Sale or discounted items (including full-price items purchased during a promotional period).

Made-to-Order pieces.

Items marked as Final Sale.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please follow these steps:

Request Authorization: Email us at info@soiltostudio.com to request a Return Authorization.

Provide Details: Include your Order Number and the specific item(s) you wish to return.

Ship Your Return: Once authorized, please ship the item back to us.
Note: We cannot accept items that are damaged or lost during the return transit. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
